About The Team. Core Platform is a pivotal technical leadership position responsible for the strategic direction, creation, and management of the company's core platform. This platform also serves as the foundation for various products and services taken to the market by the company. The incumbent would be required to have knowledge in software engineering, cloud infrastructure (specifically AWS), and the architecture of platforms. You will drive technical innovation, ensure the platform is scalable, and optimize its performance while leading product managers. It is a job that involves strategic product management in conjunction with technical leadership. Your role will be to take care of the platform catering not only to present business needs but also future-ready to support long-term growth for the company. You will work closely with engineering, UX, Solution Architects and other cross-functional teams to ensure we are able to drive a scalable and robust platform. About The Role. Technical Leadership:. Platform Architecture: Lead the definition and drive continuous improvements in the architecture of the core platform ensuring it is scalable, secure, and supports high availability

Cloud Infrastructure: Continuously optimize and enhance performance, scalability, and cost of the cloud infrastructure of the platform using AWS services

Innovation: Keep abreast of industry trends, bring in new technologies, and technically innovate to ensure the platform remains in front

Technical Strategy: Develop and communicate a product roadmap, prioritizing technical improvements that are in line with the strategic direction of the company

Product Management:. Product Development: Define and manage product requirements, focusing on technical feasibility and their alignment with the architecture of the platform. Oversee the entire product life cycle from ideation to execution

Market & Technical Analysis: Carry out the necessary depth of market and technical research in the identification of trends, customer needs, and potential areas for innovation. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and prioritize technical requirements

Team Development:. Mentorship: Recruit and mentor a technically proficient product management team so that you can guide them to build a culture that would be in continuous learning and technical excellence

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product management processes are supportive of technical development and innovation

Metrics & Analytics:. Performance Tracking: Define, track, and analyze technical metrics to ensure the platform is performing in target uptime, latency, and cost optimization of AWS usage

Data-Driven Decisions: Drive continuous improvement of the platform technically using insights learned from the data on performance

What would you do?. Experience:. 7+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on technical product management, platform products, or SaaS

Strong software engineering background, with practical and hands-on experience coding, system architecture, and cloud technologies with attention to AWS

Proven experience leading technical teams and managing large-scale, complex platform projects

Who you are? / What we expect:. Technical

Skills:. Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, with relevant AWS certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)

Good knowledge of platform architecture and design, API development, and system integration

Agile methodologies and experience in managing technical resources in an Agile environment

Leadership & Communication:. Strong leader with the ability to mentor and develop a team of product managers and engineers

Strong communicator, able to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to make data-driven decisions and effectively prioritize technical initiatives
