Business Data Analyst

Syncfusion is looking for Business Data Analyst who are hard-working and looking for challenging roles to transform their careers. The Business Data Analyst is tasked with understanding the requirements of different department teams to evaluate their performance metrics and identify potential needs. This role involves extensive discussions with various departments to review objectives, challenges, and requirements, and to develop practical solutions that align with existing systems.

The position includes analyzing team expectations and monitoring numerous data points related to ticket handling to identify anomalies, determine root causes, and find effective ways to track and address these issues using reports and dashboards. The Business Data Analyst is responsible for creating dashboards and reports for multiple teams, including HR, Sales, Accounting, Legal, Infrastructure, and other reporting needs as they arise.

This individual processes tickets for new report requests or modifications to existing reports and dashboards and collaborates with department leaders to discuss their requirements and workflows to track progress and improve performance. The analyst will coordinate with the Bold BI and Bold Reports development team to request feature support, and with the Analytics team to retrieve the required database details.

The creation of reports and dashboards will be like the work we are doing with Power BI. This position primarily involves collaboration with managers and employees located in Kenya, India, and the United States.

Core Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements from the various team managers.
• Create new reports and dashboards.
• Provide permissions for the reports and dashboards with role-based restricted access.
• Make changes to the existing reports and dashboards based on any process changes.
• Perform validations on the generated reports and dashboards.
• Doing regular audits on the required reports based on business needs.

Business Need:

Interface with different departments to build reports and dashboards that facilitate the smooth tracking of team performance metrics. This includes identifying top priority items to address and pinpointing any critical issues.

• Critical thinking, ability to manage and prioritize many tasks simultaneously, ability to communicate easily and effectively in written or spoken English.

Success Looks Like

• Address all BoldDesk tickets and Activities assigned to you, within 24-48 hours, providing an update on the plan even if analyzing the requirement.
• Achieving the ability to showcase the exact performance metrics or tracking metrics according to the team's needs.

• Collaborate with team members on obstacles or concerns, recommending potential constructive solutions and accepting missed opportunities as chances to learn and grow.

Experience: - 1+ year(s) working on Business Data Analyst

Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, basic database management, and Power BI (reports and dashboards) are preferred.

Qualification: - B.Tech / BE - Any Specialization.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2021 to 2023 graduates with a minimum of 65% in all academics (HSC Mandatory)
• Ability to work in shifts.
