Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various IT positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Job Posting and Advertising: Prepare and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including online databases, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Candidate Management: Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Employer Branding: Promote the companys reputation as a great place to work and attract top talent.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Skills:

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess candidates' skills and qualifications effectively.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating job offers and terms.

Salary: As per industry standards.
