Estate Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the management, upkeep, and repair & maintenance of properties, including guest houses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for property administration, repair and maintenance, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management:

• Oversee the management and upkeep of guest houses, company own premises, and real estate assets.
• Ensure regular inspections, security, and maintenance of all properties.
• Maintain proper documentation related to property records, agreements, and compliance.
• Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and service contracts related to property management.

Repair & Maintenance:

• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, interiors, electrical systems, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for repairs, refurbishments, and renovations.
• Ensure timely execution of maintenance work while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

Vendor & Staff Coordination:

• Manage and coordinate with architects, contractors, interior designers, and facility management teams.
• Supervise household and estate staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, fire safety norms, and municipal guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor's.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in estate/property management, maintenance, or facility operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil works, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, and security systems.
• Project Management: Ability to handle renovation, refurbishment, and maintenance projects.
• Budgeting & Negotiation Skills: Experience in managing costs, contracts, and vendor negotiations.
