Role & responsibilities :

• Marketing the profiles based on their technologies and finally closing that profile.
• Finding the perfect position for the profile after that coordinating with the candidates and following up for further steps.
• Conducted interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience.
• Built strong relation with internal and external candidates to ensure an excellent experience.
• Screening the profiles & Scheduling candidates interviews with the companies for requirements Co-ordinate interviews.
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

Work Location: ECIL, Hitech-City, AS Rao Nagar.
