Business Development Lead - Blue-Collar Workers (Middle East)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Lead with expertise in the recruitment of blue-collar workers for international placements, particularly in the Middle East. The focus is on front-end functions like client acquisition, compliance management, and establishing operations in target countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with construction firms, warehousing companies, and other employers in Middle Eastern countries.
- Lead efforts to acquire new clients and negotiate terms for the placement of blue-collar workers.
- Provide expertise in compliance with Middle Eastern labour laws, visa processes, and workforce regulations.
- Establish and oversee operational structures in international locations to ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of workers.
- Collaborate with the internal team to facilitate the onboarding and deployment of candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure consistent communication with clients to address their needs and provide excellent service.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 8+ years in business development or sales roles with agencies specializing in international blue-collar placements.
- Network: Strong ties with employers, labour market stakeholders, and agencies in the Middle East.
- Skills: Expertise in client acquisition, contract negotiation, and compliance management.
- Background: Proven experience in setting up and managing international recruitment operations.
- Location: Work from the head office in Hyderabad, with travel to Middle Eastern countries as required.
