Creative Head

Superstuff is looking to hire a Creative Head for a large brand partner who is a leader in the education space.

About The Role

As the Creative Head, you will be the custodian of every single creative asset (copy and design) that the brand creates offline, and online. You will provide strategic direction and build a rockstar team to make us the most impactful creative team in the world.

What You Will Do

• Establish creative excellence for the brand - best-in-class in India, and then the world
• Think 10X, Think long term - translate brand s mission to creative vision for the team. Take bold, 10X bets for long term success
• Problem first mindset - build creative led solutions for business problems, in discussion with business, product, design counterparts
• Grow Hire exceptional talent - ensure we have the most impactful creative talent in the country by mentoring current good performers and taking tough calls on low performing talent
  
  

What You Will Need

• 10+ years of experience as a creative lead; preferably 3+ year in a leadership position
• People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
