Front Office Receptionist

Welcoming guests and checking their details against their bookings. Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys. Answering phones from prospective customers and guests. Checking guests out, taking payments and returning deposits.°Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1/2 years work experience in hotel operations or Freshers can apply. Good communications and interpersonal skills are a must.°
