Sales Manager

Sales Manager (Home Loan & Loan Against Property - LAP and cross-selling exp) is responsible for acquiring and managing customers for Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP). This role requires connecting with Direct channel like Builders,connectors, brokers, references.

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, sourcing new customers, and guiding them through the loan application and approval process. The officer will be expected to meet sales targets, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and provide exceptional service to all customers.

Sales Type: Open Market Sourcing

Product: Home Loan and LAP + cross selling of all ABC products

Criteria -

• Sales Manager : Minimum 04 years of Sales with Team handling, 40L ticket LAP / HL and different Line of products.

• We would need candidates from NBFC domain only, else Banking candidates may also be considered from connector sourcing background.

• Any Graduate with less than 32yrs of Age

• Preferably Immediate joiners or less than 30days notice
