Payroll Executive - Retainership - (8 Months Contract)

Orientation & On-Boarding

• Issue Employee ID Card and allot Work space and Extension No.
• Coordinate in opening Salary A/c in Bank.

HRIS & Personal Records & HR Operations

• Create and update personal records in HRIS.
• In charge for safeguarding personal records.
• Preparation & Issue of different types of letters i.e. appointment, warning, promotion, increment, transfer etc.
• Coordinate in the Confirmatory action at the end the probation and issue of confirmation or extension letter.
• Handle and close both Internal & External Audit with Zero NCs

HR Reports & MIS

• Prepare of Monthly Dash Board Report of the Group
• Update Organization Chart Regularly
• Prepare Attrition Report
• Overhead Budget V/s Expense Cost Report on the basis of the cost center, Salary Cost Allocation, Employee Welfare, Events, Reimbursement, etc.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

• Coordinate with LIC for Gratuity and Insurance Company (GPA & GMC) for Monthly Endorsements and cross checking the calculation.
• Coordinate with LIC to submit documents for settlement of Gratuity Claims.
• Coordinate with Insurance Company to submit documents for settlement of Cashless Claims under GPA & GMC.

Time, Attendance & Payroll Administration

• Administrate the area of Time & Attendance in the Bio Matrix Access Control System for monthly attendance report for payroll processing.
• Coordinate with Project Location for attendance on a monthly basis.
• Updating Employee Salary breakup and attendance records in Spine Software for payroll process & essl for attendance.
• Payroll processing and payslip generation preparation & distribution to the members.

Statutory & Compliance

• Monthly filling of Provident Fund (P.F.) Returns, Professional Tax (P.T.) Returns, ESIC Returns & Labour Welfare Fund (LWF).
• Income Tax (I.T.) Calculation and Deductions done monthly and Filling Online TDS Return both Quarterly and Yearly.
• Educated employees on the investment declaration for I.T. Calculation and deductions.
• Collection of Investment Proofs for Final Tax Calculation. in Financial Year end.
• Handle PF & ESIC Inspection and close Inspection Report successfully.
• Handle and closed Audits with Zero NCs for internal Audit & External Audit

Employee Relations & Events

• Team outings, Theme Day, Ethnic day celebrations, Birthday celebration, New Year & Festival Celebration and Fun@Work as per engagement plan.

Retention, Exit Formalities & Process

• Conduct discussions with employees, focusing towards reversal of resignations and retention of the employee.
• Completion of exit formalities - exit interviews and clearance from all the departments for the F&F and relieving process of the employee.
• Coordinate for termination process by organizing discussions, ensuring appropriate documentation

• Payroll & Taxation
• Statutory Compliance & returns filling.

Desired Profile

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
