Pattern Master

Responsibilities:

• Design and create patterns for the production and assembly of finished products
• Design patterns and test them to ensure product quality
• Maintain and update CAD drawings of patterns,
• Develop standardized production procedures
• Generate patterns based on companies requirement
• Create and edit drawings that are used to manufacture products
• Propose modifications to the types of materials used in product design
• Analyze the results of production tests and work with product development teams/ suppliers to find solutions to problems
• Operate CAD software and other software used to create and edit products
• Maintain clear and up to date records
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal and metal fabrication

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or related field.

Proven experience of at least 6 + years in similar role.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
