Roles and Responsibilities

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, managing HR operations, and fostering an engaging and productive work environment. This role requires a strategic mindset with hands-on execution in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top industry talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, including architects, designers, project managers, and support roles.
• Build a strong employer brand to position Rhizome as a preferred workplace.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  

HR Operations & Employee Engagement:

• Oversee HR policies and compliance to ensure best practices.
• Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to create a smooth integration process.
• Implement performance management frameworks, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive work culture.
• Address employee grievances and foster a collaborative work environment.

HR Strategy & Growth:

• Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends and HR best practices to keep Rhizome competitive in talent management.
• Improve retention strategies by enhancing workplace policies, benefits, and career development plans.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and HR management, preferably in the architecture, design, or real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, HR policies, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability.
• Experience with HRMS and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
