Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to join our team at Stryv. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge, AI-powered solutions for a next-generation data platform as a service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning, with a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative AI models and integrate them into scalable cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development:
  • Architect and develop advanced AI/ML models, with a strong emphasis on natural language processing (NLP) and generative & agentic AI framework, to build a powerful conversational interface that translates user intent into actionable configurations.
  • Create algorithms that automatically convert natural language inputs into structured workflows for various tasks.
• Integration & Innovation:
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into a scalable microservices architecture.
  • Drive innovation by researching and prototyping novel AI techniques (e.g., transformer-based models, large language models) that continuously enhance our platform.
  • Develop methods to automatically generate analytics data models from various cloud applications (such as Salesforce, HR systems, HubSpot, etc.), enabling seamless integration with BI tools and semantic layers.
• Deployment & Productionization:
  • Build and maintain robust machine learning pipelines with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability in production environments.
  • Implement MLOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring of deployed models.
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Work in an agile, cross-functional environment to contribute to both the strategic AI direction and the day-to-day development of our solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization:
  • Develop tools for real-time connection testing and error diagnostics to ensure smooth data integration flows.
• Continuously optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency based on user feedback and production metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of experience in AI/ML development with a strong track record of building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Demonstrated expertise in natural language processing, particularly with transformer-based architectures and large language models.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying AI models at scale.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a proven record of mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Apache Kafka) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing AI-driven conversational interfaces or chatbots.
• Familiarity with designing domain-specific languages (DSLs) for configuring complex workflows.
• Prior experience in data integration or ETL, with an understanding of both traditional and modern AI-based approaches.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research in the field.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into end-to-end data platforms, including automated analytics model generation.
