- As we embark on building next-generation AI-powered SaaS platforms, we are looking for a Vice President of - Architecture to lead our architectural vision, product innovation, and technology execution.

Role Overview:

- As the VP of Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing scalable, secure, and intelligent architectures for AI-powered SaaS platforms.

- You will be responsible for the end-to-end technology strategy, ensuring the seamless integration of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and NLP-driven automation into cutting-edge products.

- This role requires deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, AI/ML model deployment, and microservices-based SaaS solutions, along with a strong leadership mindset to drive engineering teams toward a unified technical vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- AI-Driven Product Architecture & Innovation.

- Define and implement AI-first SaaS architectures, incorporating LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI models.

- Architect scalable AI pipelines for real-time inference, model retraining, and NLP-driven automation.

- Work closely with Data Scientists and AI Engineers to productionize AI models, ensuring optimal performance, cost, and latency.

- Optimize ML model deployment using MLOps frameworks, Vector Databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Enterprise-Grade SaaS & Cloud Architecture.

- Define scalable, cloud-agnostic microservices architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Architect secure multi-tenant SaaS platforms, embedding enterprise-grade IAM, encryption, and observability.

- Implement high-performance APIs and event-driven architectures, leveraging GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and Kafka/PubSub.

- Drive CI/CD pipelines for AI-driven applications, ensuring rapid, automated deployments and zero-downtime rollouts.

- AI-Enhanced User Experience & Agentic AI Development.

- Architect AI-powered UX systems that dynamically adapt to user behavior using multi-modal interfaces (Text, Voice, Image-based AI interactions).

- Lead the implementation of Agentic AI models, ensuring NLP-to-Action workflows for automation-driven decision-making and task execution.

- Build AI-driven personalization and recommendation engines that enhance user engagement and business value.

- Leadership & Technical Evangelism.

- Lead and mentor high-performance engineering teams, including Software Architects, AI/ML Engineers, and Cloud Experts.

- Define best practices for AI-powered product development, fostering a culture of innovation, scalability, and security.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

- 12+ years of experience in enterprise & SaaS product architecture, focusing on AI-driven solutions.

- Hands-on expertise in Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, and Multi-Agent AI for real-world automation and intelligence.

- Strong AI/ML deployment experience, leveraging MLOps, Kubernetes, and vectorized databases (e. , Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

- Deep experience in microservices-based architectures, cloud-native development, and distributed computing.

- Strong programming expertise in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java, with experience in AI SDKs and APIs (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI, etc.

- Expertise in event-driven systems, real-time streaming architectures, and orchestration frameworks (Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster).

- Deep understanding of API management, edge computing, and secure, scalable SaaS architectures.
