Presales Executive / Tele Sales ( Domestic ) Females

Location : Corporate office: Sri Krishna House, Road no. 10, Banjara hills, Hyderabad
Terms : Full time, Permanent

Responsibilities:
Must generate leads by calling and contacting the prospects/clients.
Will be responsible for lead generation or site visits from given leads of residential-luxury properties.
Meeting Weekly and Monthly Targets in Site visits.
On-boarding of clients and servicing of existing ones on the platform.
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
Following up with Leads provided by various marketing campaigns and associations.
Maintaining a database of clients in Software, following up with them on a regular basis.
Responding to SMS & WhatsApp calls.
Arranging and coordinating the meetings between the client and the sales team.

Candidate requirements:
2+ Years of relevant experience is a must in real estate sectors.
Handful of Experience in calling and convincing prospects and converting into leads.
Inter-departmental coordination.
Possessing a sharp eye for detail on the lead follow-up.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Good communication skills.
A quick learner who is adaptable.
Ability to build strong customer relationships..
