Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical, professional, and management training programs for entry through advanced level associates
- Source and schedule delivery resources for Learning & Performance needs
- Assess the effectiveness of performance solutions against established metrics and return on investment expectations
- Contribute to the design of evaluation tools
- Establish learning objectives, conduct research, collaborate with subject experts, and develop training material
- Adapt content to align with learner needs and educational goals
- Produce visual, audio, and interactive learning content using specified tools and applications
- Apply problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strategic thinking in task management and project execution
- Manage tasks and meet deadlines individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Design and develop learning solutions to address performance gaps for all levels of associates and management
- Lead Learning & Performance related projects, including skill-based assignments, customer service training initiatives, and team effectiveness
