About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Sales & Marketing to lead our efforts in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with company goals, leading the sales team to achieve targets, and managing all aspects of marketing campaigns and brand management.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets.

- Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and trend identification, to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.

- Formulate strategic plans for market penetration, product positioning, and customer acquisition and retention.

- Translate strategic insights into actionable plans and initiatives, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and resource availability.

Sales Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Develop and implement effective sales processes, methodologies, and training programs to enhance the team's performance.

- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to drive revenue growth.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.

- Implement and manage sales incentive programs to drive team motivation and performance.

Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), content marketing, email marketing, print, and events.

- Oversee the creation and production of compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, and digital assets.

- Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact.

- Manage and optimize digital marketing platforms and tools, including CRM, marketing automation software, and analytics platforms.

- Develop and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Brand Management:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and sales channels.

- Develop and implement brand guidelines and standards to maintain brand integrity.

- Manage public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and community engagement activities.

- Monitor and manage online reputation, responding to customer feedback and reviews.

- Organize and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Market Research:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and buying behaviors.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.

- Utilize market research data to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement.

Budget Management:

- Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.

- Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI, providing regular updates to senior management.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize value and minimize costs.

Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with product development, customer service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment of business objectives.

- Work with senior management to develop and implement overall business strategies and provide sales forecasts.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and market conditions to senior management.

- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and generate actionable insights.

- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

- Oversee the effective use of CRM software to manage sales leads, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive repeat business.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies.
