f. Purchase Agreement
g. Warehouse Agreements

Drafting of undertakings, consent letter, affidavit & correspondence letter as per requirements

Renewal of all internal Agreements, preparing timeline and MIS

Must be having experience into the B2B contract drafting.

Litigation

Coordination, lesioning & Support to Advocates for handling cases- drafting of Complaints, Evidence, Reply to Legal Notices etc.

Maintenance of File & records of Legal Cases and Agreements

Appearance before Consumer Courts as Authorised Representative

Support in Coordination with Team and Advocates for drafting of WS and evidence

Ensuing timely Compliance of on Compliance Tool Mgt Lexcomly as FPR

MIS of Legal Cases & Agreements on monthly basis

Must be from the Manufacturing background.

Education - LLB / LLM
