Role/ Job Title: Product Manager- Credit Syndication

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking

Job Purpose:

Contribution to the organization, by fee generation through syndication of transactions, Sell-down of identified exposures from the bank's balance sheet as an underwriting and de-risking strategy. Contribution to the Functional Unit - Analyst & key support to the entire team in the placement of syndicated deals

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Involved in the preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Term Sheet, Teaser, Pitch-books, Presentations, etc. for placement of deals.

- Actively facilitate the lender/investor's approval process through head of terms, in-principle-to-final sanctions, negotiation of documentation, etc.

- Relationship management with existing lenders / investors

- Scoping market for origination of deals, including cold calling etc.

- Tracking business news / industry journals / rating releases / Bloomberg / MCA etc. for sighting potential origination opportunities

- Cold calling clients for scoping business

- Team's MIS Management

- Other team related activities, including SOP Review, Engaging with IA
