Job Title: Vice President - Projects
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Must relocate based on Project requirements).
Reports To: Managing Director

Position Overview:
The VP - Projects will oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of all
projects. As a civil engineer in a design-build environment, the VP will bridge architectural
vision with practical construction expertise, ensuring operational excellence, cost-effectiveness,
and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
• Drive the strategic planning and execution of multiple projects, aligning with the
company's goals.
• Develop frameworks for project management, quality assurance, and process
improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate architectural innovation with civil
engineering best practices.
Project Management
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and
risk management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Oversee the coordination between design and construction teams to maintain project
alignment.
Client Engagement
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Present project plans, progress updates, and solutions for any challenges to stakeholders.
• Address client feedback with an emphasis on maintaining quality and timelines.
Team Development
• Build and mentor a high-performing project management team.
• Encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration between architecture, design, and construction
teams.
• Develop training programs to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.
Financial Oversight
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize resources.
• Track financial performance and ensure projects meet profitability targets.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Masters degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields
(preferred).

Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction and design-build industry, with at
least 5-7 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial projects.
• Familiarity with architecture-driven design-build workflows.

Preferred Skills:
Technical Skills
Expertise in project management tools.
Strong understanding of structural engineering, building codes, and construction
techniques.
Knowledge of sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
