Qa Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive automation testing strategy tailored to project needs.
• Framework Development: Design and maintain robust automated test frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
• Test Script Creation: Write, review, and execute automated test scripts to ensure high software quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members on best practices in test automation.
• Reporting: Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall testing efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA automation, with a focus on leading automation efforts.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java. Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Appium, JUnit. TestNG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g.. Jenkins, GitLab Cl).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
