Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee performance and develop customized training solutions to address them.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored services.
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make improvements accordingly.

• Work Experience – Min. 03 years of Overall Experience in Voice / Email / Chat process
• Relevant Experience – Minimum1 years as a Soft Skill Trainer in Premium Contact Center.
• CTC – As per Industry standards
• Should be a Graduate from UGC recognized University.
