Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Front Desk Executives across assigned properties.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs for team development.
• Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment to meet operational goals.

Property Operations:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including food receipt, housekeeping, security, and resident services.
• Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Oversee resident onboarding, exits, and key handovers, ensuring a seamless experience.

Resident Experience:

• Act as the escalation point for resident issues and complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Monitor and improve resident satisfaction through feedback and service enhancements.

Vendor and Resource Management:

• Coordinate with vendors for staffing, utilities, and meal services to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor and address any service gaps or vendor-related challenges.

Financial and Inventory Oversight:

• Ensure accurate cash handling and timely deposits across properties.
• Monitor utility expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

Operational Reporting and Strategy:

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to track property performance and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational practices with organizational goals.

Crisis and Escalation Management:

• Address emergencies or unexpected challenges efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Support Front Desk Executives in escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders.

Work Environment:

• Regular travel to properties under management.
