Head - PR & Communications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation and brand image.
• Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Manage media inquiries and interviews, and proactively seek opportunities for positive media coverage.
• Crisis Communication: Serve as the lead for all crisis communication efforts. Develop and implement crisis communication plans, and act as the company's spokesperson during crisis.
• Internal Communications: Oversee the development and dissemination of internal communication materials to ensure consistent messaging across the organization. Foster an open and transparent communication culture within the company.
• Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, speeches, blogs, newsletters, and social media posts that align with the company's brand voice.
• Brand Management: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all communication materials are aligned with the company's brand identity and strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors, clients, and employees, to maintain positive relationships and ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
• Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events, press conferences, and other public relations activities.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the corporate communications team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the communications budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, with at least 2 years in managing end to end function.
