Junior Accounts Executive / Documentation Executive

Position: Accounts Department - (Junior Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks
• Prepare and process financial transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Time management skills

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Tally Prime knowledge: Must have hands-on experience in Tally Prime for accounting tasks
• Basic Accounting Principles knowledge: Sound understanding of accounting principles, practices, and financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel: Must be proficient in using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & PowerPoint: Good working knowledge for documentation, report creation, and presentations.

Added Advantage:

• Experience in Shipping & Logistics: Familiarity with accounting procedures in the logistics industry will be a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience less than 2 years or Freshers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
