Job Description Finance Executive (Junior role)

Job Overview:

We are looking for Finance role to join our team at Sivakasi. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in financial operations, cost management, and compliance-related activities within our Papers & Boards Manufacturing unit. This role offers exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cost control in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in costing and financial analysis for raw materials, production, and overhead expenses.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial statements, and budget forecasts.
• Support in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in coordinating with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance checks.
• Work closely with the procurement and inventory teams for cost optimization.
• Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support working capital management, cash flow planning, and fund allocation.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, SAP (or any ERP software used in manufacturing).
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation laws.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.

Who Can Apply?

• CMA / CA candidates 1 - 3 years of experience in finance & accounts.
