Design Engineer

Create 3D models and 2D drawings of plastic injection moulds using Unigraphics (UG NX).
Develop mould designs for automotive components considering material properties, part geometry, and manufacturing feasibility.

Technical Expertise:
Perform mould flow analysis and incorporate necessary design modifications.
Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Develop core and cavity splits, slides, lifters, and other critical mould elements.
Work closely with product design, production, and tooling teams to ensure design accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
Coordinate with clients for design approval and resolve technical challenges.
