3. RiskAssessment and Analysis:

a. Adequacy of risk management processes

b. Analyse data trends, financial statements, andkey performance indicators

c. Organizations risk profile and potentialimpacts

a. Monitor regulatory developments.

b. Ensure compliance with applicable laws.

c. Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries.

5. StakeholderCommunication

a. Communicate audit findings, recommendations,and corrective action plans to management.

c. Provide training and guidance to employees on internalcontrol practices.

Requirements
