DevOps Engineer - Ansible/Terraform (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Cloud Management :

- Deploy, manage, and operate scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems on Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms.

Automation :

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) :

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to allow automated test, integration, and deployment of code and infrastructure.

Monitoring and Performance :

- Monitor the health and availability of services and infrastructure. Utilize cloud-native monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Prometheus.

Security :

- Apply cloud security best practices and manage user identities, permissions, and access controls.

- Implement and manage security controls, compliance checks, and data protection systems.

Troubleshooting and Support :

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud environments.

- Quickly resolve infrastructure issues and performance bottlenecks.

Collaboration and Innovation :

- Work closely with development teams to ensure operational requirements are integrated into software development.

- Research and recommend innovative approaches to improve infrastructure and system reliability, scalability, and security.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on cloud technologies.

- Expert knowledge of Azure, AWS, and familiarity with other cloud services like Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.

- Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies.

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Certifications in Azure, AWS, or other cloud technologies.

- Experience in setting up and managing big data environments.
