Job Description

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales, business development, and customer relationship management (CRM) within the real estate sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, managing CRM data, and driving business growth. This position offers attractive incentives and growth opportunities.

Work Timings:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify new real estate business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients and property listings.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and property developers.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Conduct property site visits and guide clients through the buying or leasing process.

CRM Management:

  • Update and manage client information within the CRM system.
  • Track client interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress to enhance customer experience.
  • Ensure CRM data accuracy and generate reports for business insights.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Present and pitch real estate properties effectively.
  • Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and property developers to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, property transactions, and sales progress.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or CRM, preferably in real estate.
  • Freshers with a passion for real estate sales, CRM, and business growth are highly encouraged to apply.

Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
