Principal Engineer - Electrical

Manage large scale electrical projects from conception to completion, including budget, timeline and review.
Provide in-depth technical guidance on electrical design, system integration and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Review and approve electrical design drawings, specifications and calculations to ensure project quality.
Identify and resolve the complex electrical issues, including troubleshooting system, malfunctioning and proposing the innovative solutions.
Work closely with other engineering disciplines, project managers and clients to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
Develop cost effective electrical solutions while maintaining the quality and performance standards.
Implement and maintain the quality control processes to ensure electrical systems meet industry standards.
Conduct testing and analysis of electrical systems and components/switchgears, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
Stay updated on emerging electrical technologies and incorporate them into project designs where appropriate.
Create and maintain documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, and test plans.

Qualification/requirements
10 to 12 Years.
Bachelors or masters in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Extensive experience in Electrical Engineering design and Project management.
Experience in the design and engineering of Medium and Low voltage electrical distribution equipment inclusive of electrical power distribution system protection & control.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing large teams.
Deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes and standards.
Proficiency in electrical engineering design software such as E-plan, Auto-cad, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
