Job Description
- Develop and refine research methodologies and data sources, staying up to date on best practices.
- Manage outbound orchestration, including segmentation and targeting strategies via third-party tools, like 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism
- Leverage various tools and APIs to gather intent signals, firmographic data, and contact details.
- Build and maintain API integrations to automate data retrieval and parsing for enhanced research accuracy. Serve the data to SDRs through tracked campaigns in Outreach.
- Work cross-functionally with Field Marketing and Paid Media teams to recommend high-potential accounts for event invitations and paid targeting efforts.
- Align with Field Marketing on upcoming events, ensuring key accounts are included in outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to analyze which content is resonating with target accounts and provide feedback to refine messaging and strategy.
- Report on and evaluate the efficiency of outbound efforts and refine targeting strategies based on performance data.
- Experience working with global marketing teams in a cross-functional role that requires collaborating across multiple departmental teams
- Experience with various sales intelligence tools (6sense, ZoomInfo, Cognism, etc.).
- Strong understanding of outbound segmentation and targeting methodologies.
- Proficiency in working with APIs to extract and parse data.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales automation platforms (Outreach, Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills to assess account engagement and optimize targeting strategies.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with multiple teams.
