Job Title: Software Engineer (SAS/Python & Statistical Modeling)

Experience: 6-12 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy production-ready code using SAS, Python, and Pyspark.
• Participate actively in team standups, meetings, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with technical teams to finalize requirements and provide insights.
• Design complex data models and ensure optimal software development practices.
• Resolve technical issues and complete complex bug fixes.
• Train and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Work with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Athena, S3, etc.), Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, and SQL.
• Stay up to date with technology trends and best practices in software engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in software engineering/computer science.
• Advanced knowledge of SAS, Python, Pyspark, and AWS Cloud.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong skills in data modeling, manipulation, and optimization techniques.
• Ability to write specifications, troubleshoot, and debug complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
