Job Description
- Candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and strategy
- Delivering large scale projects on-time with high quality
- Establish and develop the team to execute on strategy.
- Working with geographically distributed teams and contribute to the success of his/her and other related teams.
- Recruit and continue to build out a capable and cohesive engineering team.
- Demonstrate success mentoring and growing junior engineers to senior levels.
- 9+ years experience delivering and operating large scale, highly available distributed systems.
- 2+ year experience of people management
- Strong knowledge of C, C++ or Java,
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Working familiarity with REST API and standard network architectures.
- Experienced in building multi-tenant, virtualised infrastructure a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
