Lead and manage a team of MIS analysts, providing guidance and support.

MIS Strategy & Development:
Develop and implement strategies for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data across various departments (e.g., operations, sales, HR, finance).
Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of internal MIS systems to meet evolving business needs.
Collaborate with senior management to define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics for monitoring business performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze operational, sales, and financial data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Design and generate regular and ad-hoc reports related to sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations for executives and department heads to aid decision-making.
System Management & Optimization:
Oversee the maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of MIS systems (e.g., POS systems, inventory management, reservations).
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of MIS with other business applications and systems.
Ensure the security and integrity of the data by managing access controls and performing regular system audits.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
Prepare and manage budgets for MIS systems and projects.
Conduct cost-benefit analysis to assess potential system investments or upgrades.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work with other departments such as Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations to understand their data needs and ensure the availability of relevant and accurate data.
Support management in strategic planning through data-driven insights.
Compliance & Data Governance:
Ensure that all MIS systems and processes comply with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Maintain data governance best practices for quality, security, and accessibility.
