JD_Quality Auditor

• QA Will be responsible for Transactional audits
• Audit email & calls to ensure the quality of and adherence of the process & Policies
• Provides feedbacks to assist in performance improvement goals and development of training goals
• Documentation, Reporting and maintaining quality records
• Create & Publish Weekly & Monthly Dashboards
• Responsible for Conducting Weekly Calibrations and publishing the reports
• Analyse data and metrics to Identify Process gaps, trends in quality performance on the floor and measure success,
• Work closely with team leaders, trainers, and management to share insights and suggest training programs or process improvements
• Ability to think critically and suggest improvements for quality enhancement.
• preferred 1 Year Experience as Quality Auditor
• English Oral & Written communication skills to convey audit findings, recommendations
• Additional Language – Tamil & Telegu
• Ability to collaborate with Vendor Partners, cross-functional teams and departments to implement quality initiatives.
• Must be good in MS office, G suite & added advantage on knowledge of Quality tools
• Understanding of customer service metrics like CSAT, NPS, and FCR.
• Post training, Candidate will go through Certification
