What will you be doing

• You will be capable of leading critical GPLM projects, involving multi-discipline and multi-franchise delivery and with relevant outcome impact to the organization s business.
• This role will involve business case creation, coordination of project requirements, production of project plans, documentation and provision of mentorship for project teams, including external vendors, and ensuring communication is maintained between all collaborators throughout the project lifecycle, while also ensuring all organizational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realized from the implementation of the solution.
• You will primarily be responsible to ensure that GPLM project produce required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate full realization of benefits defined in the Case. This should be achieved by appropriate alignment to the S&N IT PMO Service Delivery Methodology and standard process within the profession.
• Primary success measures are: Comprehensive project management, encompassing case development, planning, monitoring, controlling, and risk mitigation.
• Effective collaborator communication and management, ensuring alignment and happiness. Timely delivery of project breakthroughs and final work within budget. Continuous improvement and adoption of standard processes in project management.

What will you need to be successful

• Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
• Certification/Licenses: PM certification (i.e. PMP, PMI-ACP) highly desirable.
• Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.
• Experience: Minimum 8+years of Experience in IT Project Management work experience. with has worked in a regulated business.
• Experience in Support Project Sponsor in developing Case. In handling the RFP process. Gather and agree on project objectives and requirements. Define Quality & Validation requirements. Develop the Scope and Project Plan. Define and agree team structure and composition.
• Lead, coach and empower project team members on a proactive basis. Perform Risk assessment & Issues management. Ensure defined quality standards are met. Ensure timely and effective communication and reporting to team members and collaborators.
• Track activities and project progress. Lead external specialists and supervise sub-contractors services, project scope. Handle project budget and forecast. Perform project closure activities, including the collection of lessons learned. Support the organization on Continuous Improvement opportunities and standard processs development.
• Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm and focus under pressure and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicators.
