Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build sales funnel by working closely with the JSW One platforms demand generation team.
● Drive sales targets for the zone which includes and not limited to new borrower onboardings, processing fees, AUM utilization and disbursals.
● Create sales funnel, enable approvals with credit teams, close customer documentations and ultimately drive utilization in the portfolio.
● Manage existing portfolio and be responsible for portfolio health by enabling timely renewals and timely collections.
● Work closely with cross functional teams like credit, operations and tech to help create scalable customer journey
Who can apply:
● 4-5 of experience across banks and NBFC
- Strong understanding of SME/MSME supply chain finance products - Channel Finance, Term Loans, Business Loans, WCDL & Vendor Finance.
- Sales streak for convincing customers of B2B lending products, from lender and fintech perspective
- Ability to contribute in an IC role with gradual performance-based growth to lead teams
● Stakeholder management, business expectation fulfilment and problem solver. Should be flexible and swift to adopt start up pace.
