Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and define their needs, and objectives.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable deliverables.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product owners, technical teams, and external partners, to ensure that requirements are well understood and met.
- Create process flow diagrams, use case models, and user stories to communicate requirements and expectations.
- Prioritize and manage requirements, ensuring that business needs are met within time and budget constraints.
- Lead and participate in requirements workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that business requirements are accurately implemented.
- Ensure effective communication between business and technical teams to manage expectations and address any issues.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements for technical projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance business needs and security risks.
- Proven experience working on complex projects and interacting with multiple stakeholders with the ability to collaborate and influence others effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Proficient in tools Azure DevOps, Figma, JIRA, Confluence, or similar for requirement management, process mapping, and documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of agile and ability to adapt to different project environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
