SAP IS-U FICA Consultant (7-10 yrs)

Overview :

As an SAP ISU FICA Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our SAP ISU system.

You will be responsible for managing data integrity, configuring the system, supporting end-users, and providing valuable insights through data analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain the integrity of customer master data, billing data, and contract accounts within SAP ISU.

- Implement data cleansing and standardization procedures to ensure data accuracy.

- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

- Configure and customize SAP ISU settings to optimize data processing, reporting, and overall system performance.

- Stay updated on SAP ISU enhancements and implement new features as needed.

- Lead data migration efforts during system upgrades or implementations, ensuring a seamless transition and accurate data transfer.

- Develop data migration strategies and test plans.

- Develop and generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support business needs.

- Analyze data trends and provide insights for informed decision-making.

- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively.

- Provide training and support to end-users on data management practices within SAP ISU.

- Address user queries and resolve data-related issues promptly.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e., billing, customer service, finance) to gather requirements and implement data solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integration and compatibility.

- Identify and resolve data-related issues and system errors in a timely manner.

- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.

Required Skills :

- SAP certification in ISU or a related area.

- Experience with integrating SAP ISU with other SAP modules, such as SAP CRM and SAP BW.

- Familiarity with data governance best practices and principles.

- Strong technical skills, including SQL and ABAP, for data manipulation and system configuration.

- Ability to analyze complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
