Agency Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development
• Identify, pitch, and close deals with brands and advertisers for paid media/ SEO/ influencer marketing/ ad sales solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, outreach, and referrals.
• Client Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their marketing goals align with our offerings.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop customized digital marketing strategies for clients.
• Provide regular campaign performance insights and recommendations to optimize results.
• Market & Industry Expertise
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing solutions.
• Educate potential clients on the latest trends and how our services can help them grow.
• Identify opportunities for new service offerings based on market demand.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in selling paid media/ SEO/ influencer marketing/ ad sales at a digital agency or media company.
• Strong network of brand and agency contacts, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads/ Meta Ads/ programmatic advertising/ influencer collaborations/ SEO strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
