- Drive the strategic vision and execution of AI-powered products within the financial services space, leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver personalised, efficient, and innovative services across both mobile and web platforms.

- Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to build and scale AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Strong AI/ML experience, particularly in the context of chatbot and AI-powered services in financial services. It emphasizes both technical expertise in AI and machine learning, and leadership skills to drive product development across web and mobile platforms.

- Experience in AI product management, with a proven track record of implementing AI solutions, chatbots, or machine learning models in the financial services or fintech industry.

- AI Expertise: Strong experience in leading the development and deployment of AI models (e.g., NLP, ML, predictive analytics) and integrating them into digital products.

- Chatbot & Conversational AI: Deep understanding of AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI technologies. Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize chatbots in a customer-facing environment.

- Financial Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with financial services, such as banking, lending, wealth management, and personal finance management (PFM), and understanding of related regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, KYC).

- Cross-Platform Product Management: Experience managing AI products across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and integrated experience for customers.
