Senior Quality Assurance Lead - Functional/Integration Testing (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in managing testing activities for complex software development projects.

The role involves driving QA deliverables in partnership with vendor teams, making quick decisions, and providing practical solutions for challenging problems.

The ideal candidate will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless testing and implementation of a robust trading platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, automation, and performance testing

- Develop and review test plans, strategies, and metrics

- Enhance testing processes and drive efficiency

- Collaborate with internal and external teams across multiple locations

- Build and strengthen functional and domain knowledge within the QA team

Required Skills & Experience :

- 12+ years in quality assurance for large-scale enterprise projects

- 5+ years of experience with Murex and derivatives domain

- Strong expertise in SQL, UNIX, and automation (including MXTEST)

- Techno-functional experience to optimize testing processes

- Experience with MX CONFIG / MX RTP is a plus

- Background in commodity trading, capital markets, derivatives, finance, or banking

- 2-3 years of experience working with outsourced vendor teams is preferred
