Role & responsibilities

• Implement all relevance procedure described in CMS and ensure in compliance.
• Ensure all in house systems and procedure are updated.
• Responds to customer complaints and ensure pupa actions at in house and customer end.
• In time quality work measurement standard and documentation.
• Complained and problem solving, team building, planning and decision taking.
• Departmental directives/ KPI and ration and areas.
• Supplier quality development and improvement.
• Able to handle OEM customer.
• Approval of cannel plan, PIP, PIMEA.
• Knowledge of APQP, MSA, SPC, PAP.
• Supplier audit knowledge.
