Role Summary-

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor team members, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Plan and coordinate electrical projects, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline adherence.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the electrical team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently.
• Ensure that all electrical work meets required standards, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical work, including schematics, maintenance records, and compliance reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies in the electrical field.
• Uphold ethical standards and integrity in all electrical work and interactions.
• Conduct regular training and enhance the skills among team members.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5 years of experience in electrical work, with a proven track record of leadership.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and technologies.
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills in the electrical field.
• Good experience in electrical systems for high-performing, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data centre buildings.
• Proficiency with applicable software packages including AutoCAD, Revit, and/or AGI/SKM/Dialux/ETAP/Cyme.
