Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environment Engineer to oversee environmental compliance, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory adherence for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental impact assessment, pollution control, waste management, and green building certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain environmental clearances and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with MoEFCC, CPCB, SPCB, and other statutory guidelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to integrate sustainable practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Environmental Engineering/ Civil or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental management in EIA/ EC/ Pollution control preferably in real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of environmental laws, IEC, pollution control, and clearences.
• Familiarity with LEED, IGBC, and GRIHA certification processes.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
