Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Finance Account at SJR Primecorp located in Bengaluru.

- The Head Finance Account will be responsible for financial statements, analytical skills, finance, financial reporting, and budgeting in day-to-day tasks.

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and treasury management.

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget.

- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Oversee the management of cash flow, working capital, and investments.

- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Implement and maintain financial systems and controls.

- Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

- Present financial reports and updates to senior management and the board of directors

Qualifications:

- Financial Statements and Financial Reporting skills.

- Real estate experience is required.

- Minimum 8 years experience is must.

- Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge.

- Experience in budgeting.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
