Job Requisites: 1. Age: 19 years to 40 years 2. Minimum Qualification HSC+ 3. Maximum Qualification Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students) 4. Experience 0-1 year of experience in BPO/ Customer service industry. (Fresher will be preferred) 5. Communication skills: Exceptional Spoken English skills. 6. Shifts Rotational US shifts starting 5:30PM - 7:30AM (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts,Any 9 hours). Fresher - Experience:

Job Profile: - Handling inbound calls - Providing Customer support to US Customers - Excellent communication skill with good hold on grammar - Basic knowledge of computer

Key Skills:

~Ready to work in Voice Process / NON - VOICE PROCESS

Benefits:
