Home Installation Executive

Duties & Responsibilities

Take appointment date and time of Home Installation with customer.

Explain all available features in the vehicle.

Explain the emergency handling points, Safety Zones and features, Service Intervals and maintenance schedule, Toll free helpline contact numbers of M&M & dealership.

Collect the feedback post Home Installation from the customer.

Reports to SSI Champion and ICRE in case of any concern reported by Customer.

Requirements

Must have good technical knowledge.

Must be presentable and well groomed.

Should be very hospitable.

Should be good in public relations.

Should be well versed in Kannada, English & Hindi Language
