Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate will be responsible for handling brands & functions of Multi-specialty segment.

2. Candidate will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.

3. Should be creative, innovative & effective in product management.

4. Candidate will be responsible to assist in preparing & implementing Marketing Plan & promotional strategies.

5. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization & liaison will all design & print vendors to ensure timely procurement of promotional and marketing inputs.

6. Follow up customers oriented campaigns & special activities for priority products & for Key Opinion Leaders.

7. Assist in monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.

8. Field Work for 10-12 days in a month; To review & evaluate strategy implementation.

9. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.

10.Candidate should have exposure of handling products in Gynae, Ortho, Cardio/GP/Nutraceutical segments.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduation in B. Pharma. Candidates with M.Pharma/ MBA in marketing will be preferred.

Minimum 3-5 yrs experience in Brand management as Product Manager/ Product Executive.

Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.

Candidate must have good communication & presentation skill.

Only Pharmaceutical background candidates will be considered for this role.
